Transfer Detail UI Performance
Steps to recreate:
1. Go into manage transfer
2. Enter transfer and search 100000040028
3. Bring up transfer
4. Click details
5. Go to items and in actions click add
6. Add an item and enter details for item to be added
7. Click ok and add another – This is where the screen takes over 30 seconds to come back
