Symptoms
Total locked by other user does not show message when the total is accessed
1. Have another user edit a total
2. Open ReSA and try to edit that same total Tasks -> Foundation Data -> Manage Total Definitions
3. Enter the total_id you wish to edit and click search
4. Click on the hyperlink for the total you wish to edit, the screen blinks, no message displays, and you cannot open the total
There should be a message displaying that the total is locked and the user id of the person locking the total
