Unable to View File with Unauthorized Error and com.agile.viewer.integration.common.VueLinkException: Unauthorized in File Manager Log

Symptoms
Unable to view file with below error in the AutoVue client window for the user who is accessing to one of the file manager server:
Error
Unauthorized
See below error in File manager log (agilefm-stdout.YYYY-MM-DD.log)
Exception:
com.agile.viewer.integration.common.VueLinkException: Unauthorized
Environmental Detail
- Autovue for Agile PLM version 21.0.2.7
- Agile Application Server is clustered, and load balancer is used to access to Web Client
- Java Client > Admin tab > Server Settings > Locations > General Information tab > Web Server URL is pointing to load balancer URL
- There are multiple distributed file managers (DFM) running in this system, and AutoVue for Agile PLM is installed to each of the file manager.
Fact
- The issue is happening for the users who is having the particular file manager as a preferred file manager.
- The issue is not happening for the user who is having the other file manager as a preferred file manager.
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Web Client from http://{LB_hostname}.{domain_name}/Agile/PLMServlet
- Go to My User Profile > Preferences and check the Preferred file manager. Confirm its pointing to the problem file manager.
- Open item with attachment
- Go to Attachments tab, and select the file, and View
- AutoVue window launches, but shows "Unauthorized" error
