Limit Consumption Not Getting Updated Correctly When Updating Consumptions And Resolving A Pend (Doc ID 2915456.1)

Symptoms

Limit consumptions not getting updated on a claim when the copay, coinsurance or deductible are updated by the user in Manual Benefits screen. Issue was found while retesting a defect reported in Patch 7.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Take a claim stuck in manual benefits
2) Resolve the pend and let the claim finalize with copay
3) Now reprocess the claim
4) Claim will get stuck in MB with remove copay pend.
5) Remove copay now and then resolve the pend. KB appears and claim finalizes.
6) Copay on the claim line details section is still not removed. Claim header does not have copay for the claim anymore.
