(Doc ID 2915576.1)

Applies to:
Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning - Version 12.1.3 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
In single order, there is big date difference between existing operation end date and next operation start date. In practical,
ASCP is proposing huge gaps in scheduling between successive operations/resources.
Ex: for a planned order End of Operation# 55 is 14-12-2029 23:59 and the start of next operation# 60 is 12-12-2031 23:59
Practically, it is not feasible to keep order on hold for such long periods at intermediate stages.
If there is any resource availability issue at intermediate stage, order should start late and complete it in one sequence, instead of keeping order on hold for long periods.
How to avoid such gaps in scheduling?
