Incorrect Cross Dock PO Receiving Weight In RMS For Catch Weight Items (Doc ID 2915597.1)

Symptoms

For the cross dock POs, RMS is having incorrect receiving weight.
Receiving weight sent from ORWMS in the receipt message is not matching with the received weight in RMS.

This is causing the inventory mismatch between RMS and ORWMS, and also impacting the stock ledger as incorrect posting is recorded in tran_data.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a cross dock PO and interface it to WMS.
2. WMS will process the PO receipt to RMS with weight captured during receiving in the message data.
3. Process the PO receipt in RMS.
4. In shipsku.weight_received value is different from the weight received in the receipt message from WMS.
5. Same data is interfaced to tran_data.units.
