STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create a Collection Cartridge on Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controlle (OCOMC) Administration Graphical User Interface (GUI).
2. Select the "New" option on nodes to create a new node.
3. Select Cartridge Kit > Collection Cartridge > Flexible ASCII.
4. Open the Rule File selector (to choose the NPL file), the console log prints the error.
Even ignoring the message is not useful, because setting up the node and clicking "Save" does not work, since the node does not appear as a block.
