Symptoms
When attempting to create new design file in Solid Works CAD software after MCAD upgrade the following error occurs.
ERROR
No templates found in database. New objects cannot be created until templates are created in the database.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Solid Works software which is integrated with Agile PLM MCAD 3.6.4.1 Application
2. Try to create to new Design file.
3. Getting error as mentioned above.
