Symptoms

Given the scenario of fresh install of Revenue Management Suite (Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), Pricing Design Center (PDC), Elastic Charging engine (ECE)) 12.0.0.7.0.
BRM and PDC are already installed in this environment.
Finished installation of ECE server software, and executing post installation steps.
The below error occurs when executing "perl post_Install.pl". See "Creating WebLogic JMS Queues for BRM" from "Post-Installation Tasks for an ECE Integrated Installation" section
