Filter Error In Closed Alert Section in CS (Doc ID 2916153.1)

Steps to Reproduce Problem
Step 1 : Login as CSanalyst
Step 2 : Click on CS Alert list
Step 3 : Click on closed list
Step 4 : Filter the record based on customer id and Created Date Range

Expected result :

we click on the "Closed Alerts" button in the UI, which will filter and only show alerts with Closed Status.

After click on closed alert the filter should be applied on top of closed alert instead of reset records.

Actual results :

After filter instead of narrowing down further, the search results are also showing non-closed alerts

getting an error while using the "Closed Alerts" button in the CS Alert list section of the UI.
