User want to know the Usage of Age for deriving Year of Birth 

Currently in World Check we have fields, DOB and DOBS (attached Screenshot Dob_WC), it will accept only year or complete date of birth, the same would be used for matching DOB. As per the document date or month can be 00s. But in customer file, it will accept only complete date of birth not partial like WC. So the customer cannot provide partial date in customer file, so the requirement is to consider Age and calculate the year of birth similar to WC year of birth calculation
