Issues with RFI

- Recipient responded to the RFI by filling-in the questionnaire, however the response was not captured in ECM.
- Only one RFI was sent from a ECM case but in Evidence tab Three RFI's can be seen. When clicking on the other RFIs in the Evidence tab, the RFIs were displayed as blank.
