Pin_fld_account_no is not Present In the Fm_pymt_pol_pre_collect.c Input Flist

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The field pin_fld_account_no is not present in the fm_pymt_pol_pre_collect.c input flist, it looks like the fm_pymt_select_items.c opcode is removing it in the result flist.
This field is required to be in the event_billing_payment_t table and is used in the user's reports.
In Billing Revenue and Management (BRM) 7.5, this field is not being removed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The field pin_fld_account_no should be retained in the output flist of opcode op_pymt_select_items.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Call policy opcode PCM_OP_CRM_POL_CUST_PAYMENTS with below input flist
