Open Connection Design and click the circuit CLR/DLR screen for the 16th circuit and application terminates with PowerBuilder application execution error (R0002) dialog box error:

 
Steps to recreate:

    Go to Inventory Management
    Go to Connection Design
    Search on Trunk and an InService circuit using Like% (add something here)
    Select trunk 1 (double click)
    Click CLR/DLR
    Click on the Connection Design in the left menu options (do not click X on the open CLR/DLR window)
    Double click another circuit
    Click CLR/DLR
    Click on the Connection Design in the left menu options (do not click X on the open CLR/DLR window)
    On the 15th/16th attempt receive reported error: PowerBuilder application execution error (R0002)
