Symptoms

Unable to delete a component from a Network System Design. "ORA-02292: integrity constraint (ASAP.FK_DE_GL_AS_SE__NS_NS_CO) violated" errors, followed by a "Save of network system failed" error for the same reason, are received when attempting to save the Network System Design after deleting one of the components. Note all of the equipment associations have been removed for the component that needs to be deleted.
