Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.1.1.2 version,
While cloning the instance by following the steps in Doc ID 2881529.1,
when attempting to re-create the new resource plan and execute the command
as described in section 16 "Post-cloning Resource Capping",

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Perform the steps from Doc ID 2881529.1 to clone a DMW instance.
2. Execute the steps from section 16 "Post-cloning Resource Capping".
