On 12.0.0.6.0 (PS6) version of Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), the billing run fails with below output:

In PS 6, PIN_FLD_ITEM_OBJ has been added to /event/billing/cycle/tax (PIN_FLD_TAXES) Array.

In the file dd_objects_tax_on_payments_and_AR_12ps6.source, the PIN_FLD_ITEM_OBJ is Required and the fm_bill.so or the fm_bill_utils.so might not be considering the PIN_FLD_ITEM_OBJ to be included while creating the event.
