The Email Button Is Not Enabled in P6 Mobile for iOS When Using Outlook as the Default Mail App (Doc ID 2916950.1)

In P6 Mobile on an iOS device, the email button is not enabled when the default mail application is set to Outlook.


Users should be able to send P6 Mobile email using the selected default mail application.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open the device Settings and select Outlook as the default mail application.
  2. Launch P6 Mobile and login.
  3. Attempt to send an email.
  4. Note the reported issue.
