Issue With MQ Message Expiry After IDS Upgrade (Doc ID 2917090.1)

Symptoms

Upgraded IDS from v18 to 28p00. The upstream application (DXT) which is interacting with IDS is unable to pickup the response from IDS after this upgrade. We compared the response generated by both IDS, v18 and v28, and only difference we see is, different Expiry value. ched).
