Goal

On 12.0.0.3.0 version of Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), Subscription Management component, there is an audit entry with poid_rev = -1 after the keep_cancelled_products_or_discounts is set to 0. But it is missing is updated CYCLE_END_T, PURCHASE_END_T, USAGE_END_T and STATUS.
