Docgen Is Causing High CPU Usage in Production (Doc ID 2917316.1)

Symptoms

On 7.5.0.18.0 version of Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), one user noticed that docgen is creating high CPU usage always. When this issue happens, the user is not able to login to BRM server.

NOTE: The user recently added additional CPU in BI Publisher (BIP) server which is not related to this docgen server (both are different servers).
