Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While running an ECC plan, "Resource Overload" exception is not generated, even though the resources are overloaded.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the resource overloaded exception to be generated when the resources are overloaded.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch ASCP Plan.
Nav: Advanced Supply Chain Planner (R) -> Supply Chain Plan -> Launch
2. See the above behaviour.
