Symptoms

File manager is not accessible frequently in Agile

When users are trying to access the Agile File Manager they are getting this error "Your preferred File manager is not accessible. Please contact the system administrator".

This error is displayed in the Web Client browser window

"Your preferred File manager is not accessible. Please contact the system administrator"

Error seen in the application server log file which is located under [agile home]\agileDomain\servers\xxx-Agile\nohup.log

STEPS

  1. Log into Agile Web Client
  2. Select any object > attachment tab
  3. Add or Get file attachment
  4. Error "Your preferred File manager is not accessible. Please contact the system administrator"
