No watchlist match generated against Alias Name field when 'Dr' and 'Datuk' is added

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access to EDQ application.

2. Go to EDQ Web tester.

3. Provide name and title in the alias name.

Expected result:
The match should generate for the name.

Actual result:
The match is not generating.
