Billing Care: SAML SSO Integration With AWS (as IDP) (Doc ID 2917652.1)

Customer is trying to configure SAML 2.0 SSO authorization with AWS (as IdP).

While trying to access the Billing Care (BC) URL, user should be redirected to AWS SSO, but instead they are still redirected to Billing Care Login screen.
