Oracle Financial Services Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

Symptoms

On FTP 8.1.2, while running some FTP Processes that were newly created, one of them had an error that led to the Failed task status with the following error:

ERROR

Module Logging OFS errors: (905002) Child died with signal 11.

Since the process is failed, the transfer rate is are not calculated nor propagated.
Issue seems to be in close connection to the Number of Processes set in Common Object Maintenance > Process Tuning > Funds Transfer Pricing , where Number of Processes = 16. If setting the Number of Processes = 1, the error is gone, and the process is correctly populating the transfer rates. However, it is required for the Number of Processes to be equal to 16.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Process Tuning (multiprocessing) = 16
2. Run FTP process with Propagation and Transfer Rate calculation selected
