ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When workflow reached the end of workflow in "Requests for Bid" BP, amount of Requestor Estimates are changed from original to wrong amount.
For e.g Requestor Estimates should be "200,000,000" but Comparison Summary shows "433,000,000"
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Steps to follow to recreate the issue:
When a bid is awarded and sent to next step, the comparison summary shows the incorrect amount.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Requestor Estimates should show the right amount.
