On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12.0.0.7.0 version,

As per the BRM 12 PS7 release notes, "Credit Limit Improvements for Billing Hierarchies" is delivered to support the realtime credit limit vetting for large heirarchies.

However in the Release Notes, it is not clarified if the pin_monitor_balance dependency is removed to support realtime monitor updates.

Here the requirement is to update the /balance_group/monitor for the /group/sharing/monitor owner in realtime removing the dependency of pin_monitor_balance. Here customer is not using Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE), though they want to leverage the new feature to update the /balance_group/monitor in realtime(removing the aysnc dependency of pin_monitor_balance).

Is the /balance_group/monitor updates are realtime now?
