Symptoms

Performance issue while running prepost fcexec pre batch .

Steps to recreate:

  1.  Make sure COST_EVENT_THREAD has 100+ million records.
  2.  Range enough new item/locations to items with multiple suppliers, resulting in 40+ million records added to COST_EVENT_THREAD.
  3.  Run FCTHREADEXEC
  4.  Run PREPOST FCEXEC PRE
  5.  Notice time it takes to process.
