Goal
Expand/Collapse Icon (arrow button) is not available in comment section in audit history tab of ECM 8.1.2.1 . There is reference to "12.1.4.2 Expand/Collapse in ECM User Guide 8.1.2.1" which means it is available in 8.1.2.1. Customer want to see this option and it is required for them from regulatory perspective.
