(Doc ID 2918244.1)
Last updated on APRIL 26, 2024
Applies to:
Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controller - Version 12.0.0.6.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Scenario:
- User is trying to create a new Mediation Host in OCOMC (Oracle Communication Offline Mediation Controller) Client GUI (Graphical User Interface)
- Installed an ECE DC (Elastic Charging Engine Distributed Cartridge) on /home/ocomcuser/ext/cartridges/ to configure a Distribution Cartridge to OCECE.
- However, a restart of OCOMC components was needed to submit the changes. So restarted by deleting the helm chart of Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) ("helm delete") and installing it again ("helm install"), without changing the YAML files.
- Moving the AdminClientKeystore.jks to OMC_home/config/GUI/, user is able to connect to administration client GUI, but when creating a new mediation host with the same data used before, an error comes out saying that the "Node host is unreachable".
How to resolve this "Node host is unreachable" error?
