We are receiving a null pointer exception from the Spawn Activities rule attached to a client requirement state

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The client activity should be spawned back to the client

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a client requirement that spawns an activity back to the client on a particular state.
