WipEdit Users Losing Spell Check Dictionary Due To File Location (Doc ID 2918388.1)

Goal

We have WipEdit users who add words to the Spell Check dictionary.
The file that stores/saves those entries is being saved in a location on their hard drive that is apparently getting cleaned out every month, causing user frustration.
Is there a way to drive the save/access location of the file "user.tlx" such that it can be saved/stored in a desired location?
