Error 'The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server" When a Specific User Logs into Team Member (Doc ID 2918487.1)

When attempting to log into Team Member with a specific user and specific options applied in the view filter, the following error occurs.

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request.
Reason: Error reading from remote server

This issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Have a specific filter assigned.
  2. Log in to Team Member.
  3. Observe the error.
