Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tax calculation is not considering some of the subordinate bill items.
The user has configured deferred taxation so that all the parent and child bill items are taxed at the time of parent's billing. However, it is observed that some of the child bill items were not considered for final tax calculation.
The following subordinate events not considered for tax calculation :
/event/session/<custom>/telco_gprs
These events are rate by Elastic Charging Engine (ECE). There are other bill items on the subordinate "/event/session/<custom>/telco_gprs" which are rated by ACT_USAGE, this is considered for taxation
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All parent and child bill items should be taxed at the time of parent billing.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Before billing, run MTA to create a text file
2. OCOMC picks up the text file
3. ECE rates the event
4. Run Child and Parent Billing
