Goal

Is it possible for FCCM - ECM to ingest through some API (not manually) alerts (not payments/transactions) from other systems?
Can these alerts be worked from a defined and/or configurable workflow within ECM?
And then, once the alert is worked within ECM to a final state, for that state to be queryable through an API from an external system?
