Issues opening 'View Service Status' window in P6 Web
The 'View Service Status' window takes minutes to load or fails with the following error.
Unable to Load Data
An unknown error has occurred.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Logon to P6 Web.
- Go to "Welcome, " dropdown menu.
- Select View Service Status.
- Window takes a long time to load or displays an error.
