Test Connection Fails in Deltek Cobra When Connecting to the P6 Integration API (Doc ID 2919352.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to configure the P6 connection in Deltek Cobra using the P6 Integration API details, the following error occurs.

Test Connection Failed


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade/Install P6
2. Run the demogeneral in the P6 Integration API home folder to verify the API is configured correctly
3. In Deltek Cobra enter the P6 API connection details in the Integration Wizard. Under the section for Load daily time-phased data enter the P6 username and password and the path to the P6 Integration API folder e.g. c:\P6EPPM\api
