Steps were performed to change the language as documented here.

This works for single region (language) support. As per the document, it will be a static change in BillingCareResource_XX.xlf file.

However, in a setup that has multiple regions (for example Argentina, Canada, etc.,) and thereby needs support for multiple/different languages, how can we configure the Billing Care application/container to dynamically switch languages based on the account region in one custom Billing Care extension project?
