Clients Who Have Roles On Applications Do Not Appear on the Client Role Screen (Doc ID 2919533.1)

On : 11.3.1.9 version, Activity

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Clients who have Roles on Applications in OIPA aren't being shown on the Client Role Screen.
The Clients who have different Roles on Applications in OIPA.
If user navigates to that Client directly and go to their Roles Screen you will not see the Application number(s) that they are linked to.
If this particular Client also has Roles on a Policy only those will be shown.
On the Application Roles screen clients will be correctly displayed.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

On the Client Roles Screen, Roles for both Applications and Policies are shown.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have an Application in OIPA that has any Role linked to it i.e. Owner, CSR etc.
2. Navigate to the Application Role Screen  and notice that you can see the Roles as expected.
3. Navigate to the Client directly either from the Application Role Screen or from the Client Search menu.
4. Once the Client is loaded, navigate to the Role Screen and notice that the Application Role from step 1 is not displayed.
5. If this Client has a Role on a Policy, it will be shown.
