Incorrect 0 Values Against the WBS Code on the EVA Sheet When There Is No Spread Data in P6 (Doc ID 2919621.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When viewing the data, a correct Value shows against the cost code, but against the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) it shows sometimes as 0.

Also, within the unifier_evm_incr_data table it shows as £0 as well.
The Earned Value Analysis (EVA) sheet is set up to use the Action Cost of Work Performed (ACWP) Business Process (BP) as the source for the Cost Sheet Column. The value can be seen against the Cost Code as expected, but against the WBS, the value appears as 0.

The Cost sheet to display the correct value

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier
  2. Check the WBS Sheet
  3. Notice incorrect values against the Cost column
