Symptoms

CAP3 SMS Gateway (capgw) is a Service Logic Execution Environment (SLEE) application that translates CAPv3 SMS operations to the equivalent CAP non-SMS operations used by Advanced Control Services (ACS). It is used in conjunction with the Short Message Charging Bundle (SMCB) application.

CapGW is sending wrong number when number in InitialDPSMS contains ac and e letters. When CAPGW receiving number with letters in InitialDPSMS (Called Party BCD Number: ac000xxxxxxxx, e000xxxxxxxx), then translating it badly sending calledPartyBCDNumber(CAP)=(2)BA000xxxxxxxx, (2)C000xxxxxxxx in InitialDP sent to slee_acs.
