Billing Care Logout Is Redirecting To Some Other URL (Doc ID 2919679.1)

Goal

Customer is able to authenticate and authorize on Billing Care (BC), but on logout from BC application, it's redirecting to some other Uniform Resource Locators (URL) as below URL and Error:

http://<hostname>:7027/oam/server/logout

Why it is redirecting to "oam/server/logout" and how to change this?
