All Buttons (View, Edit, Delete etc) Are Greyed Out on T2T Data Mapping Summary Page (Doc ID 2919797.1)

On AAI 8.1.1 all T2Ts are not accessible in Production environment. All the buttons (View, Edit, Delete) etc are greyed out and hence the T2Ts cannot be accessed. All the roles have been mapped to the users and hence does not seem like an access issue. The T2Ts were migrated to production.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FSDF application
2. Navigate to Common Object Maintenance -> Data Management Tools -> Data Mapping

All icons under the Summary word are grey.
