Goal

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) 12.0.2.0.0 version, Billing Engine,

Slow Voucher and Wallet Server (VWS) performance observed after VWS restart (planned or unplanned)

Customer had some VWS pair issues and experienced issues on Service Logic Controller (SLCs) after the outage. They would like to check on platform tuning so that the VWS will process realtime events following a restart? In particular below error is observed on the VWS whenever a node is restarted:

ERROR:
----------------------

These timeouts went for some time before the platform eventually restored itself - however due to this instability they have concerns that this will happen again if the primary crashes again.

They would like to know on the below:

- Defining metrics to monitor VWS performance.
- Parameters to control syncing on VWS and tuning of these parameters
