Symptoms

ASAP is unable to process and put the responses on a JMS queue ( as mentioned in Doc ID 2391766.1.).
It was working fine since last 2 years but has suddenly stopped working since yesterday. Please note that no changes on application have been made on this environment since last week and no restarts were happened since Nov 27, 2022.
This is a blocker as it is affecting all new orders on production environment, so a quick resolution is expected from us.
