Form Validation Alert When Sending Record to Next Level Even the Condition Is Met (Doc ID 2920118.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behaviors

Forms setup with validation to compare two amounts do not work as expected.

Validation alert pops out no matter if the validation conditions are met or not, when sending records to next level for approval.

If you navigate between different tabs, or wait for some more time before sending to next level again, it can be send for approval successfully.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in Unifier.
  2. Navigate to create record of the affected business process.
  3. No matter if the records created meet the validation conditions or not, when sending them to next level for approval, the validation alert pops up.
  4. Wait for some time or navigate between different tabs, send again successfully.
