Goal

How to modify a output tag name?
It is working to change a tag name moving <FieldMaps> outside of <Payloads> and inside of <DefaultTopicDefinition>, but how to set different tag names to different payloads?

How to enable custom fields on field mapping?
When fieldmap is linked with a specific payload name, the out json/xml tag names are not changed.
