Symptoms
Batch Transmitted ICSR are stuck at green Transmit bulb and never progress.
Worklist > Bulk ICSR Transmit screen
Steps to Repeat:
Case Actions > Open
Query for a list of cases
Select cases to be Batched
Click [Batch] button
'Batch Print or Create Report' pop-up window is displayed
Enter appropriate fields for the Batch job
Reporting Destionation: FDA
Report Form: E2B
License Type: Any
Message Type: PADER
Format: Final
Destination: Transmit
Scheduling: Run at today's date and time
[OK] button
Worklist > Bulk ICSR Transmit
ICSR never gets past the green Transmit bulb
ERROR_LOG has the error:
