Symptoms

When the user inputs a name in real time screening UI getting an error message

Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Login to CS application
Step2: Navigate to Real-time screening
Step3: Input all mandatory information and click on scan and Investigation.

Expected result: Real-time screening is not working

Actual result: Getting "please contact administrator error" in UI.

Issue Encountered: Error in nohup.out log
